You can ask us to delete your psyrenne account and everything in it at any time. This includes data that came from a TikTok account you connected.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email, and sign-in details.
- Everything you added: products, samples, scripts, notes, calendar items, reminders, goals, and uploaded files such as sales exports.
- Anything that came from connected accounts, such as TikTok profile details and video information.
- Your Tide Pool profile. Posts you wrote are removed or made anonymous.
- Earned credits and your place on any leaderboard or treasure hunt list.
We delete or de-identify your information within 30 days. Backup copies are erased on a rolling schedule within 90 days. We keep only what the law requires, such as billing and tax records. Payment records held by Stripe follow Stripe’s own policy.
How to ask
Use the form below, with the email address on your psyrenne account. We’ll confirm it’s really you before deleting anything, then email you when it’s done. You can also email policies@psyrenne.com.
Just disconnecting TikTok?
If you only want to stop psyrenne using your TikTok account, disconnect it in psyrenne’s settings or in your TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services). We stop collecting TikTok data right away and delete what we stored within 30 days.
