What is the media kit in psyrenne?

A media kit is the one-pager you send a brand to get them to say yes to working with you: who you are, who watches, what you’ve sold, and what you charge. psyrenne builds yours as you type. There’s no Generate button. Your shopping results fill in from the sales you already import, and you add the rest: your bio, follower counts, rates, brand logos, and photos.

When it looks right, click Print or save as PDF and send it. Nothing is shared until you send it yourself.

Why it’s there

Confession: I haven’t made a media kit in over a decade (or longer?!). The last one I made took a whole weekend in a design app, and it was out of date by the following month. TikTok Shop creators have a better story to tell than follower counts: we can show what we actually sold. TikTok just doesn’t make that easy to pull together, so psyrenne does it for you. Quick updates… not wasting a weekend pretending to be a graphic artist.

What goes in it

You can switch each section on or off, so a kit can be a quick one-pager or the full story.

  • About you: photo, logo, name, handle, tagline, bio, niches, location, and your content styles (talking head, hands-only demos, and so on).
  • Platforms and followers: every account you post on, including a second TikTok account, with followers, average views, and engagement. These come from your accounts in Settings, so updating a follower count there updates every kit.
  • Audience: women and men, age groups, and top locations, typed in from your analytics.
  • Shopping results (automatic): sales, items sold, orders, videos that sold, and your top sellers, straight from your imported sales.
  • Sales by vertical: where your sales come from (Beauty & Personal Care, Home & Lifestyle, and so on), with a note about who buys each.
  • Portfolio and case studies: your best work with views, likes, and shares.
  • Brands I’ve worked with: names or logos.
  • Photos of your work.
  • Work with me: your offerings and rates, add-ons (like Spark Ads codes or raw footage), and your terms.
  • What brands say: testimonials, with a photo if you have one.
  • My journey: your milestones from your Journey page, on a timeline.
  • Contact: your brand email and link.

Make it look like you

  • Ten looks: Bold boxes, Classic, Clean, Elegant, Fashion, Script, Sea, Sidebar, Urban, and Warm.
  • Your colors: background, text color, accent, and a second accent. psyrenne keeps text readable, so nobody ends up with pale pink on white.
  • Your fonts: pick a heading font and a body font (free Google Fonts).
  • Choose portrait or landscape: either one long page or one section per page.
  • Money your way: exact, rounded (like “$10K+”), or hidden.

A kit for every brand

Save as many kits as you like (up to 30) and name them, like “Laura Geller pitch” or “Beauty brands.” Make a kit for one brand, and its shopping results show only what you’ve sold for that brand: the proof that gets you better rates and retainers.

Your words, photos, and design choices are saved with each kit. Your numbers refresh from your latest imports every time you open it, so a kit is never out of date.

How it works

  1. Import your sales (Data intelligence → Sales), so your results can fill in.
  2. Add your accounts, bio, and brand email in Settings once; every kit picks them up.
  3. Open Media kit (under Data intelligence) and fill in the sections you want.
  4. Pick a look, colors, and fonts. The preview updates as you go.
  5. Click Print or save as PDF, and send it.

Tips for a kit that gets replies

  • Lead with sales. Brands selling on TikTok Shop care most about what you can move. Your shopping results are your headline.
  • Make one for each brand you pitch. “Here’s what I sold for you” beats a general kit every time.
  • Keep it short. One or two pages. Turn off any section that’s thin.
  • Show rates, or a “starting at.” It saves a round of emails and filters out brands that can’t afford you.
  • Refresh it monthly. Your numbers update themselves; check your follower counts and photos.

Good to know

  • The media kit never uses AI credits.
  • It’s private. psyrenne doesn’t share or publish it anywhere.
  • It looks best built on a laptop or desktop, where you can see the preview beside your details.

Help me make it better

Here’s where I need you. Media kits have changed a lot since I last made one, and I’d love to build this one with you:

  • What do brands ask you for that isn’t here yet?
  • Which numbers have helped you land a deal or a retainer?
  • Is there a look, color, or layout you wish it had?
  • Would a shareable link (instead of a PDF) be useful?

Tell me, or post in Tide Pool. The best features so far started with “I wish it could…”
